Kitchen
The kitchen has a double electric oven,
accompanied by a ceramic hob. Appliances include a microwave, washing
machine and fridge freezer. The dining area contained within the kitchen
is furnished with table and chairs to comfortably seat four people.
Lounge
The large lounge comes with a three piece suite and a
traditional open fire. A television, DVD player and Freeview box are
provided for those lazy nights. Radio and compact disc player are also
provided.
Outside
The enclosed private courtyard to the rear of the
cottage comes with garden furniture for those gorgeous
summer days.
Bedrooms
The double bedroom comes with a wooden framed double bed, bedside tables on either side, a chest of drawers
and a large wardrobe.
The twin bedroom comes with two wooden framed single beds, a chest of
drawers and closet for extra storage. Both rooms also have a dressing
table.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated to a modern standard and comes with an over
bath shower, wash basin and toilet.
Other Information
A travel cot and high chair are provided. All bedding for the property (excluding cot bedding)
and towels are included. One bag of coal is supplied, and all other power is included with the rental price.
Ample parking is available on the cobbled market square, only 25 yards
from the cottage. Victoria House is situated within 15 miles of the A1,
and from here you have easy access to Leeds, York, Harrogate,
Middlesbrough and many other places to suit all manner of needs.
NB: This cottage is no smoking,
and we do not allow pets.
