Prior to filling in and submitting the booking form below could you
please telephone Glen or Liz Hainey on 01904 425660 to confirm your desired
dates are available and/or for any general queries regarding the rental of
the cottage, please leave an answer machine message if nobody is available. Please note that details of the high, mid, and low seasons can
be seen by clicking on the 'Rates' link in the left hand menu.
Once you have completed the form below the details you have entered will be
emailed to Glen and Liz, who will review the details of your booking and
calculate the total price of your proposed stay. Within 24 hours you
will receive an email containing a confirmation form of your booking, and
the booking conditions you must adhere to. You are required to print off
this confirmation form, sign it to confirm your adherence to the conditions
and return to Glen and Liz within five working days of receipt of the form,
along with the calculated deposit in form of a cheque. NB: If your booking is made within
eight weeks of your stay then the full balance will be requested with your
confirmation form, instead of a partial deposit.
